Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached in sellable condition.

How to start

Open a request through our Contact form with your order number and the pieces involved (for example, a Giselle Mini Dress or Savannah Skirt). Our team will share return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exclusions

Final-sale items, intimates marked as non-returnable, and pieces returned without tags may not qualify. If you are unsure about fit across our Dresses or Corsets categories, contact us before wearing the item out.
